What Is a Multiple Vacuum Filtration Apparatus?
It is laboratory equipment designed to perform multiple filtrations in one setup. Filtration flasks connect to a vacuum source and hold filter membranes. Solution is drawn through the membrane; solids remain on the filter and filtrate collects for analysis or further processing.
Typical uses include solid–liquid separation, particle removal and purification of solutions before HPLC or other assays.

When to Use It
- You need several filtrations without rebuilding the vacuum train each time.
- Sample cleanup or particle removal is required before HPLC / UHPLC injection.
- Membrane material and pore size must match the matrix (for example cellulose, nitrocellulose or nylon options discussed on RFQ).
- Contamination control between samples matters — dedicated stations help isolate filtrations.

What should purchasing include in a vacuum-filtration RFQ?
Station count, flask / funnel volume, membrane diameter and pore preference, application (HPLC sample prep or general lab), quantity and destination country. Name and work email are enough to start.
What is the MOQ for apparatus units?
MOQ is usually low for standard multi-station units. Confirm whether you need one evaluation unit or a multi-lab rollout so we can quote volume pricing.
Can we buy membranes and spare parts with the apparatus?
Yes. Request membranes, flasks or spare seals together with the main unit so purchasing can consolidate the PO and freight.
Do you support OEM branding or custom station counts?

What lead time should we plan for laboratory equipment orders?
Stock configurations ship faster; customized station counts or branding take longer. Include your required delivery date for a firm schedule on the quote.
Which documents can you provide for procurement and receiving?
Commercial invoice, packing list and product specifications are standard. Ask if you also need manuals, material statements or inspection photos before shipment.
Is this suitable for HPLC / UHPLC sample cleanup purchasing?

How is the apparatus packed for export?
Units are packed to protect glassware and manifolds for air or sea freight. Include any special labeling needed for warehouse receiving.
