Analytical, semi-preparative, and preparative hardware can be discussed from those sheets. A drawing is the start of a technical review. It does not by itself confirm that every dimension or phase can be manufactured. The team will say which parts match a catalog column and which parts need a separate configuration check.

Send the column job in plain terms: analytes, matrix, desired chemistry, inner diameter, length, particle size if you know it, end fitting, and quantity. If you are matching an existing column, add the part number and a photo. A chromatogram or a marked drawing is useful when the method has a resolution or peak-shape target. Include pressure or pore size when the method depends on them. If a field is unknown, say so. The review asks for the missing item before a configuration is proposed.

Yes. OEM chromatography consumables include frits, inline filters, solvent inlet filters, PEEK and stainless steel fittings, capillary tubing, and sample loops. Each family is configured from the variables on its product page: material, dimensions, connection, and, for filters and frits, the porosity or filtration need. Branding and packaging can be discussed when the project needs private label or specific identification. The Peak Smooth Column is a separate product for sample-solvent mismatch. It is not quoted as a solvent inlet filter.

A replacement starts from the instrument, the existing part number, dimensions, material, and connection. HIPSOUL checks that information against the closest catalog family and lists what would stay standard and what would change. A compatible component is not assumed for every instrument part number. Photos of the part and the connection are the fastest way to see whether a catalog item fits or whether the request is a custom configuration.

There is no single minimum order quantity on this page. The practical quantity depends on the product family, whether the item is already in the catalog, and whether hardware or packing has to be prepared for the request. Tell us the quantity you need for evaluation and the quantity you expect for repeat supply. The quotation will state what can be made at that volume.

A sample or prototype can be discussed after the configuration is defined well enough to make one. That may include a dimensional check, a connection check, or a chromatographic evaluation when the project scope includes it. A prototype is not automatic for every drawing, and this page does not promise one before production. Ask for it in the inquiry and the technical team will say whether a sample step is useful for that part.

Identification and the records needed for a repeat order can be included when you ask for them. Batch information and an agreed inspection note are discussed with the quotation. A chromatogram or a formal test report is supplied only when that work is part of the agreed scope. This page does not publish a fixed document list.
